Rhettorical

The rantings, views and commentary of a right-winged criminal justice student on current events, politics, law, and even life. The goal of this blog is to allow the writer to vent on articles and experiences that make him angry and to open up discussions in a hostile atmosphere. So please sit back and relax as I convert you to the dark side.

Seperation of State and Church

WND Reports that political KGB groups are going into churches and turning them into the IRS if they don't like their message.

While it is a filthy trick that they are doing. I was listening to the prophecy club a good while back and the show was dedicated to the subject. In an interview with a former IRS agent the agent advised churches not to get the 501 C3 non-profit status. That the particular one mentioned is for charities, not churches and there is one churches can use andstill stay politically active. (I don't recall what it was a church can file under, nor care since I don't run a church.)

If churches would file under the proper tax-exempt status they wouldn't have this problem. Then they could tell the liberals to shove it.
