DNA Warrants.....

It is surprising me that these are making the news again. Actually it is good to see it since a lot of the general public doesn't know that a warrant can be sworn out based on DNA.

Do I support it? To a good extent I do. I have some reservations on DNA but this seems to help fix a problem with the statute of limitations and rapist.
