Rhettorical

The rantings, views and commentary of a right-winged criminal justice student on current events, politics, law, and even life. The goal of this blog is to allow the writer to vent on articles and experiences that make him angry and to open up discussions in a hostile atmosphere. So please sit back and relax as I convert you to the dark side.

Bunch of B.S.!

Just got done watching cops and a interesting thing happened. They arrested a sustect who was a total a-hole and deserves corporal punishment.

But the kicker is is that some of the charges that should have stuck, couldn't Like a temp. restraining order expired and a long-term one was filed but never served. So they get him on obstruction, resisting, and.......

Non-Registered Felon.

The charge itself doesn't seem so bad, but the circumstances are. Turns out he no longer had a house to live in and in Nevada you are required to register a change of address within 48 hours. Since he was homeless and didn't register a street corner he has a new charge.

Makes you wonder about todays politicians and police officers. I know the rule book sides with the criminals but you don't come up with worse cow dung to combat it.
