Prison Privileges

BTK Killer Dennis Rader has earned TV and writing material priviliges for good behavior.

The public is horrified at the thought of this, but I remind them that they are the ones that made the prison system a cozy little place. When I see crappy run down jails and state prisons that look like Dungeons I know it is a environment I don't want to work at, nor live in. But the hospital and dormitory look with cable tv is too much.
