Banning Games is Un-Constitutional....

Really!


I would really like to see the text of the law in defining violence. Is it rated M type games? Teen type games? Or something like Pac Man? (Which can be argued that it is also violent.)

The whole thing was ruled as a First amendment case regarding free speech so I doubt that they can easily get around it.
