Contracts...

heard a very interesting thing in my American national Government Class.

"Contracts are for keeping you out of court, not getting you into it."

I've never heard that so well defined. I've wanted to create contracts on several occassions but never did thinking they would insult the other side. With that consideration in hand I'll be sure to use one next time.
